Lager.de expands in Berlin Spandau

New self storage storage rooms

In addition to the expansion of the parking spaces, the box capacity of the outdoor storage rooms will also be increased at the Lager.de location in Berlin-Spandau.

The expansion will be completed before the end of this year. The plan is to expand by a whole 200 new storage spaces in various sizes. The demand for the storage rooms was so great that the second expansion phase will be completed earlier than planned.

The data on the Self Sotrage Park

The outdoor storage park is located at Rauchstraße 21 in Berlin Spandau/Hakenfelde. It is very close to the citizens' registration office and the Wasserstadtbrücke bridge over the Havel river. The surrounding area is characterised by residential areas. Our boxes are waiting there for plenty of filling.

Access to the storage room is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Both private individuals and commercial customers can store at Lager.de.

Why do you need a storage room?

Self storage storage rooms offer space that you may not have at work or at home. Things can then be stored there that you don't use for daily use. In addition, items in your own four walls may at some point be standing around in the way and take away your breathing space or the chance to redecorate your home. This is also a good reason to outsource.

Self storage is also used particularly often as temporary storage when moving house. Of course, this is always possible thanks to the short minimum rental period. Especially if you move into a smaller flat, however, you may not be able to keep some things.

Despite digitalisation, this is still far from being a common process in most companies. This has both the advantage of progressiveness and adaptation to digitalisation as well as the advantage of sustainability.

Now you're probably thinking to yourself that you still can't stop climate change and save the world with a booking. That's true. Nevertheless, with Lager.de's many paperless bookings, both the sustainability in saving paper and the stored items add up to a large number, which in turn can make a difference.

The security at Self Storage

What else is important with Lager.de? The security. That's why Lager.de has a comprehensive security concept, which means that you are perfectly protected during storage and retrieval.

You can load and unload directly in front of the storage. This is not only an aspect of security, but also an aspect of comfort.

Unlike most indoor storage facilities, you don't have to lug the heavy things around for ages, but can put them directly into the storage room from your car. You can drive your car right up to your box.

Each customer has their own storage space, which cannot be seen. So no one has to share a storage space with another customer, everyone has their private things in the storage box that no one else can get to. The premises are also fully fenced and well lit.

This is especially practical if you need to access your storage box at times when the sun is not shining and the sky is dark. The fact that this is possible at all is due to the 24-hour opening hours every day.

All these 24 hours are accompanied by video surveillance, which of course drastically increases the security aspect. Access to the premises is coded so that only customers and employees have access to the Self Storage Park. Nevertheless, each customer only has access to his or her own storage space because each box is secured with an extra lock.
