Especially practical for a move are moving boxes. With these you get every move well over the stage. The most practical are cardboard boxes with handles, because these can usually hold weights well, but also do not have too much weight that you would then have to carry additionally.

What is the next step? Relatively simple: Pack everything as early as possible. Only things that you still need for daily use should not be packed yet. Things like files, folders, books, technical equipment and parts of the wardrobe can also be packed earlier.

This will save you stress when you have to pack everything just before the end of the day. Don't underestimate the time involved. Packing everything in boxes takes time. However, carrying all things one by one would take much longer.
