New pitches at Lager.de

Lager.de expands! At our location in Berlin-Spandau we received one special request very often: rent a parking space for motorhomes. In the past, we were not able to respond to these requests, but this is about to change.

Lager.de is creating several parking spaces for caravans and motorhomes here.

More precisely: It will be about 37 parking spaces, which have up to 11 meters in length and are thus perfectly suited for larger and longer vehicles or trailers. Of course, the pitches are all at ground level.

At the Lager.de branch in Berlin-Spandau, you can of course not only rent parking spaces, but also rent the popular storage rooms.

The advantages of self storage

The advantages of Lager.de, the parking lots for caravans and mobile homes and the storage boxes there are now presented at a glance.

First, you can book online immediately and then use the boxes right away. The whole thing is paperless. In times of digitalization, this service is an absolute standard criterion at Lager.de to create simple and flexible booking options.

The positive side effect can also be clearly seen: Paperless booking saves emissions and resources and counteracts climate change. Of course, these are only small steps. But many small steps also lead to success in the end. After all, sustainability is generally important at Lager.de.

Secondly, you can load and unload directly in front of the storage boxes. Through the outdoor storage park, which is different from many other self-storage halls, you do not need to walk long distances with heavy things, but can load and unload directly from the car into the box.

And it is even cheaper. Because the storage space in the outdoor storage park is usually not as costly as a storage box in an indoor hall.

Third, there is 24-hour access every day of the year. This means that you can really ALWAYS get to your box when you need something. So it doesn't matter if you go to your pit at four in the afternoon or, for example, after a long business trip at four at night.

Fourth: What applies to the pitches for caravans and motorhomes also applies to the storage boxes, of course. Access is at ground level. What's more, you don't need an off-road vehicle to get to the storage boxes.

Fifth, each customer has a separate storage box. No one has to share their storage box with another customer or be afraid for their belongings. Each storage box is specially lockable and also cannot be seen from the outside. So your stored goods are all yours.

Sixth, the premises are completely fenced. So no unauthorized persons can simply come near the boxes. To gain access to the Self Storage Outdoor Park, you have to be a customer or employee of Lager.de. More on this in points 9 and 12.

Seventhly: There is a video surveillance to maintain security and to clear up in case of crimes. So it is not worth to make mischief on the premises. The video surveillance is of course in operation 24 hours a day, matching the "opening hours" and is part of the security concept at Lager.de.

Eighth: There are no major temperature fluctuations in the storage boxes. No matter if it's storming outside or the sun is shining. Your things (almost) do not get that. The fact that there are no large temperature fluctuations in the box protects the things, depending on the material, from rust or mold. You don't have to worry about that at Lager.de.

Ninth, access to the site is coded. This is another key point of our security concept. No one can enter the premises without permission, only customers and employees have the code to access the Self Storage Outdoor Park premises. More security details can be found at point 5,6,7 and 12.

Tenth, the premises are well lit. This is always an advantage if you are at the storage box at times of day when it is already or still dark. Then, despite bad weather or deep night darkness, you can see everything without the hassle of walking around with a flashlight in your mouth.

Eleventh, the storage boxes are sustainable and naturally ventilated. This connects to the point that you don't have to worry about mold, rust, or the like. The storage boxes are ideal for storing old stuff professionally.

Twelfth, probably the most important safety aspect for many customers: Only you have access to the storage space. Indeed, each storage box is secured with an extra padlock, where only the respective customer knows the code.

This means that other customers can come onto the premises, but they still can't get to your securely stored items.

Where is the Self Storage Park with the storage boxes located

The Self Storage Outdoorpark in Berlin Spandau is located at Rauchstr. 21 in 13587 Berlin, very close to the Bürgeramt and the Wasserstadtbrücke over the Havel river.

The surrounding area there is dominated by residential areas. Both private individuals and commercial customers can store at Lager.de.

Lager.de offers especially for private customers the space you may not have at home.
